HOW TO USE EGIFT CARD
- Tap on the Account section on the Homepage of the Uber/Uber Eats app
- Tap on 'Wallet/Payment'
- Tap on '+Gift card'
- Enter the Gift card code
- Tap on 'Add'
PLEASE NOTE: A valid personal payment method is required to use the Uber app. Please advise your participant to add a valid payment method to the account before placing an order/ride.

Why Can’t Digital eGift Cards/Vouchers Be Cancelled? Digital eGift cards/vouchers are delivered instantly as secure links by our partner. Once the link is viewed, the code is considered delivered and cannot be returned for security reasons. Therefore, cancellations and refunds are not possible. |
